If you have a formal complaint about Rare Spaces or a listing on the marketplace, write to our grievance team.
Email hello@rarespaces.in with the relevant listing URL and a brief description of the concern. Do not include Aadhaar, unredacted identity documents, passwords, or payment details.
Read the grievance policy for intake, service-level, escalation, and external-remedy details.
Privacy, fraud, safety, address exposure, and unlawful-content concerns receive immediate triage. Other grievances are handled to the same documented service levels.
