Before you submit
You may add up to ten original, high-resolution photographs, with no minimum required. You will also need the full price or rent and charges, the property’s exact address, RERA details where applicable, and a declaration that you are authorised to market the home.
Do not upload Aadhaar or private property documents. Rare Spaces checks applicable public registrations and escalates material authority concerns separately.
What happens next
Create an account, prepare the listing at your own pace, and send it to our team when it is ready. If the home is selected, you can choose a listing plan before it goes live.
