How we choose homes

Our Standard

Every home on Rare Spaces is selected for the qualities that make it worth a closer look, then presented with the detail needed to consider it well.

What we look for

Price alone does not make a home remarkable. We look for a clear point of view: thoughtful architecture, an exceptional setting, beautiful natural light, privacy, craftsmanship, restoration, landscape, or a way of living that feels genuinely distinctive.

Before a home is published

We review every submission for clear authority to represent the home, an accurate location, complete costs, current availability, and a faithful visual record of the property.

  • The person or company representing the home is verified.
  • RERA details are checked where they apply.
  • The price or rent and all required charges are clearly stated.
  • At least ten original, high-resolution photographs show the home honestly.
  • The listing is current, complete, and free from misleading claims, unrelated stock imagery, or undisclosed renderings.

What our curation means

“Curated by Rare Spaces” reflects our review of the listing and its presentation. It is not a legal, structural, or valuation certification. Buyers and tenants should complete their own due diligence and seek independent advice before making a decision.
