We want the good parts to be easy to see — and the important details not to be a surprise later. Before a listing appears here, we take a close look at who is representing it, the information provided, and how faithfully the home has been shown.

• The person or company listing the home has verified contact details and has declared their authority to represent it.
• Applicable RERA details are checked and recorded.
• Price or rent, along with the required charges, is clearly stated.
• The address and location information are complete, while public details respect the privacy of occupied homes.
• Any photographs supplied are original, high-resolution, and a fair reflection of the home. We do not accept unrelated stock images or unlabeled renderings.
• The home is currently available, and the listing is complete and free from misleading claims.

It means we have reviewed the listing contact, their declaration that they can represent the home, the information and images supplied, applicable public registrations, and anything that does not add up.
