The Rare Standard

Premium is a human-reviewed quality decision, not a price floor. Every published home must clear the same mandatory gates and demonstrate at least three documented distinction signals.

Mandatory gates

  1. Verified publisher email and mobile.
  2. Minimum, appropriately redacted authority evidence.
  3. Applicable RERA information checked and recorded.
  4. An exact private location, with only a privacy-safe public point when occupied.
  5. Price or rent and every mandatory charge disclosed.
  6. At least ten approved, original, high-resolution property images.
  7. Current availability and no unresolved duplicate, misleading claim, discriminatory content, unrelated stock media, or unlabeled rendering.

Distinction, documented

A moderator records at least three defensible signals across architecture or layout; design, finish, restoration, or condition; location context; privacy, views, light, landscape, or open space; and exceptional amenities or low-density living.

What the badge does not mean

Rare Spaces reviewed publisher identity and contact, authority evidence, completeness, media, and obvious inconsistencies. Rare Spaces has not verified legal title, encumbrances, structural condition, valuation, or transaction suitability. Buyers and tenants should take independent advice.
